This article covers the EncaptureMD Radiology Ultrasound application. This is a basic catch-all app that can be configured to report on less involved studies. It combines choice fields for study type, location, basic descriptions and dimensions with macros and templates to make it easy to construct these types of reports.
Overview
- The user enters data on the left side of the screen.
- Techs can free text, dictate or use templates to create a preliminary report or provide detail to the interpreting radiologist to construct their report.
- MD's have the ability to use macros or templates in combination and can also dictate into the system to build the report
- The result is presented on the right and additional editing/dictating can be performed.
