Your screen resolution may be keeping you from seeing the save button on the lower right hand corner of the "My Preferences" dialog. Below are two possible solutions:
Drag the "My Preferences" dialog higher to reveal the Save and Cancel buttons
Click and drag the top of the "My Preferences" dialog (where it says "My Preferences") off the screen to the top of the screen. This will reveal the Save and Cancel buttons as shown above.
Change your screen resolution to at least 1280x1024
Right click on your desktop and select "Screen Resolution". Set the resolution for the monitor with EncaptureMD displayed to at least 1280x1024 and then click the OK button. If your monitor does not support at least 1280x1024 then try the first method to resolve this issue.
