How to remove faxing from referring that doesn't want to receive?

This article outlines the steps to remove faxing from a particular referring.

Note: You will need Site Admin privileges to perform this task.

  1. Navigate to the Admin section of EncaptureMD.
  2. Select Referring MD Manager.
  3. Select Referring you don't want to receive faxes.
  4. Deselect Receive results by fax checkbox.
