This article covers resetting a forgotten or lost password. Note: we don't know your password (it's encrypted) so it has to be reset. You will be sent a temporary password for the next login, but you can easily change it to whatever you want after the first login. Depending on settings, you may not be able to re-use an old password.
Click (1) Forgot Password?
Enter your (1) Username click (2) Submit
The username you enter must correspond with the one we have on file. If you do not know that email or it was set by your EncaptureMD administrator, please contact that administrator. You will receive an email message from [email protected]. If you don't receive it, check your spam/junk folder.

When you log in again, you will be prompted for the temporary password (1) and then will be able to change to a new permanent password.
