EncaptureMD Documentation & FAQ

Why do I get an error "Perfusion must have an intensity set on all noted abnormalities" in nuclear imaging?

Updated on

This "hard-stop" error shows up when a step was missed in the wall motion diagrams in the Nuclear cardiology application in EncaptureMD

When using the Nuclear application in EncaptureMD, if the polar plots are used to notate abnormalities in wall motion, this error shows up on the top bar of EncaptureMD as well as on the report signing page. This error will prevent a report from being signed until it is resolved.

In order to resolve this, ensure that abnormalities noted in the wall motion diagram have an intensity associated with it. For example, note the abnormalities identified in the diagram below.

To set the required intensity to clear the error, right-click each abnormal section. This will show a context menu from which you will select an option.

Once an intensity has been selected for each abnormality, the error will disappear, allowing the user to sign the report.
