Text Recap
We will be giving a high level overview of The Worklist functionality. Deeper dives into certain aspects of The Worklist will be covered in other articles.
Anatomy of The Worklist Toolbar

- Click here for more information.
- Saved Filters
- Save how your Worklist is currently filtered or switch to a previously saved filter
- Covered more in depth here
- People Filter
- Mainly to used to see "My work (Mine)"
- Quickly switch between All studies (All), studies assigned to you (Mine), studies assigned to users in a predefined group (User Group), and studies assigned to a specific user other than yourself (User)
- Recently Opened
- Will list the last ten studies opened by you. Useful if you need to jump back into a study you just closed.
- Patient Search
- Search the database for a patient that may not have had a recent study and may not be currently showing on the filtered Worklist
- Refresh Button

- Export List

Worklist Columns and Their Filters
Below each column header there is a filter you can use to narrow down results to your desired effect.
You may also sort by clicking the column header. By default, Performed/Scheduled/Created column is sorted Newest to Oldest.
To clear a filter, click the (X) on the right as you hover your mouse in the filter
To search on a blank value, right click on the header and choose Filter (Blanks) and the column header then says (BLANK).
Status
Status shows how a study is moving through its interpretation. Click here for more information.
Viewing More Studies
In the bottom right you will see how many studies your Worklist is filtered to (143) and the rows you're currently viewing (1-40).
In the bottom left you can navigate to different segments of the results as needed.
Worklist Limits
By default EncaptureMD loads up to 500 results for a Worklist filter for platform performance reasons. You may 'Click to Load All' to get up to a 1000 results. If you need a larger query, contact our Support Team to build a report.
