If a study does not contain any measurements, no DICOM SR file is sent. We get the study start time from the DICOM SR so it will be missing from the report in this scenario. Common times when this occurs - Nuclear stress studies and stress echocardiograms.
Solutions:
- Manually add the time in EncaptureMD
- Do a single random measurement on the modality.
